Cheryl and her team were so helpful throughout the entire process from application to closing! As first-time homebuyers we had lots of questions and all who assisted were prompt, courteous, and professional. Big thanks to Cheryl, Julie, and Iva!!Jessica M.

Cheryl made it very easy, she was on top of everything, very responsive and worked with us on solutions. This was the best experience we've had this far while purchasing a new home. We will use BankSouth and Cheryl Cloud for all future home purchases, and highly recommend her for anything, even thinking of purchasing a new home. Cheryl Cloud really ROCKS.Raul M.

Very friendly and courteous through the whole process.Jeremy E.
Communication was timely, professional and clear. There was never any doubt in our mind as to what was going on, where we were in the process and what (if anything) we needed to be doing. When you only go through this every fifteen years or so, it can be a bit daunting. We never felt lost.Doug D.
